The use of interdental gel with fluoride in combination with the interdental brushes has been tested with excellent results. An interdental brush dipped in fluoride gel has proven to be a more effective method of approximal fluoride distribution than other comparable methods. Studies show that this method gives an added effect to regular toothbrushing with standard fluoride toothpaste alone. In addition, it has been clinically proven that 0,32% gel is more effective than 0,2% NaF gel.

Drip the gel along the interdental brush or use the cap specially designed to function as a bowl and dip the brush in the gel.
